Tulsa will vote on Tax on a 4/10 of a cent tax sales tax increase for the "Tulsa Landing" tomorrow. The project, proposed by HCW, is being developed on the waterfront of the Arkansas River.
The project - whose name we copyrighted in March (the project hadn't been named yet).
Principal Rick Huffman plans to bring the same management team including Urban Retail and Block by Block security.
