During a review of core documents which Strahan used to dertermine assesments he shared his belief that the State Tax Commission was attempting to raise taxes drastically on the poorest residents.
The index was moved 15% but Missouri's State Tax Commission believes Strahan is indexing houses too low - 15 more percent too low.
Strahan hadn't returned from negotians in Jefferson City at press time.
