Every other monday Branson Alderman hold their regular meetings at city hall. A stable crop of local beat reporters generally utilize innovations, angles and perspectives, though I've never seen anyone shoot this particular shot yet.
During the month of April, the start of the meetings coincide with sunset. Catching this image is a good reason to miss a few minutes of city business.
