Branson Alderman Dick Gass praised Branson's Public Information Director Jerry Adams for his responsiveness to requests that come through Branson's Citizen request line. Adams fields requests from a form on-line at the city's website or by calling (417) 337-8502. The line is open 24/7 and concerns are responded to quickly. The list of calls is quite entertaining. Complaints range from timeshare fraud to county residents complaining about their neighbors garbage. By looking at the responses; it's easy to see why living in Branson beats most other municipalities in the region. It's hard not to feel empathy towards Adams after looking at the range of issues his office has to field and deal with.
