Branson City council met this afternoon to begin the 2008 budget and accompanying review of plans submitted by department heads who've been working diligently over the past few weeks to submit plans for the next fiscsl year. The all day session was led by Boom Boom Schoneboom, who presided over his first official meeting as interim city administrator.
