MOTIONPursuant 67.990 Motion to approve the senior tax issue for the August 3rd election and to authorize the Presiding Commissioner to sign ballot certification language to be prepared by counsel that puts the following question on the Taney County ballot for August 3rd, 2010:
BALLOT LANGUAGE
Shall Taney County levy a tax of 5 cent per each one hundred dollars assessed valuation for the purpose of providing services to persons sixty years of age or older.
