An initiative to eliminate Missouri's Gambling Loss Limit regulations will hit the November ballots.Proponents of the "School's first Initiative" say a change to the constitution will help Missouri compete with neighboring states currently vying for the regional gambling dollar.
As part of the proposition, no new casino licenses will be issued.
